"Happiness is to be found when in pursuit of it, in the soothed expectation, on the way, not only upon the arrival. Accepting detours, just going the way, which is anyhow not this obvious to anyone".

Barrett Crake - "50%"

Hailing from Texas, Barrett Crake studied film production at UT Austin, then moved to Los Angeles and started an acting career. He could be seen in series like "The bold and the beautiful" and "Glee". He later began to make cover songs for YouTube. This electro-pop singer-songwriter is a testament to what a modern artist can accomplish if willing to put the work in. By making use of the Internet and remote studios, he's developed a network of collaborators and partnerships all over the world without the help of a label or manager. One of his biggest opportunities to date, the 2017 remix of the classic Corona hit "Rhythm of the night", also came to fruition through relationships with like-minded creatives he met online. Through his intimate approach to songwriting, he has attracted an enthusiastic fanbase that finds his music both relatable and a source of inspiration. He seeks catharsis through self-reflection in his art and each song is designed to convey that sense of healing to his fans. In order to convey the complete story behind each track, he leans on his background in film to create beautiful videos, often using just an iPhone to transform each song into an expansive multimedia art project. As he continues to release new music, the global community of hope-seekers and partygoers drawn to his music will undoubtedly grow exponentially with each new song. And you could discover him on Morphosis with his first proper music video "Found it in you" in 2019. Dude is now back with a new track tagged "50%" (his first song with AntiFragile Music Recordings) which takes the passion of wanting someone so bad, even half of them would suffice but if someone offered a little more, the experience would then be next level. In the works for years, he started the song with Amsterdam-based producer Nick Ribbens in 2018, and finished it with Dora & Tom Pino in 2020 over Zoom. The promo video directed by Matt Cady.
