"Happiness is to be found when in pursuit of it, in the soothed expectation, on the way, not only upon the arrival. Accepting detours, just going the way, which is anyhow not this obvious to anyone".

John Conlin - "Months and months"

His musical journey began with a singular vision –to document the human condition through the power of song. His music is a celebration of hope, an auditory testament to the belief that brighter days are just within reach. In the pulsating world of the dance-pop, John Conlin is a beacon of honest lyricism. Each line is torn from the pages of his heart, reflecting his own experiences and the universal emotions we all share. With massive synthesizers, thumping beats, and diaristic storytelling, his music paints a sonic lifeline that pulls listeners from the depths of sorrow and transports them onto the dancefloor of life. After "Something about your face" you could discover some months ago on Morphosis (here), the Canadian artist is now back with a new track entitled "Months and months", an electro-pop gem about the emotional rollercoaster of a past love interest attempting to reenter your life after months of healing. John Conlin paints a vivid picture of the struggle to resist falling back into that familiar but ultimately toxic embrace. With its pumping 4-on-the-floor beat and lush synths, the song is an infectious earworm perfect for screaming in the car when you need to vent or dancing the night away. The promo video was directed by Kevin Huang.
