After "Hope it will remind you" you could discover at the bebinning of this year on Morphosis (here), Italian-born, Miami-based singer-songwriter and piano prodigy Stefano Maiuolo aka Stefano May is now back with a new track entitled "Hideaway". Heralding from his début self-titled album, the single is crafted with profound emotion, and offers a glimpse into the preciousness of life as seen from the perspective of someone experiencing homelessness. Moved by a transformative connection he made with a homeless man in Tijuana, Mexico, the artist wrote this song about the life-changing conversation he shared with him. "I was so captivated by his incredible experiences that I felt the need to capture this moment in music so that it would live forever in my memory. He reminded me how valuable we all are, even when faced with difficult circumstances", he explained. This song mirrors the enigmatic nature of Stefano May's serendipitous encounter with shadowy notes of piano, seismic crescendos of strings, and breathtaking vocal plunges that push the sonic boundaries of what one might think possible.
