Hailing from Gytheio, a small town in Southern Peloponnese, Stefanos Pitsiniagkas made a name for himself in the first season of House of Fame Greece in 2021, where he managed to reach the finale and emerged as the winner. After "I tipissa" you could discover some months ago on Morphosis (here), he's now back with a new track entitled "Kataramenes i nihtes" ('Cursed nights') about a painful breakup written by Mari Kantioti and composed by Marios Psimopoulos. Taken from his first album "Dynata" ('Loud'), this song is described as a powerful tsifteteli (Turkish for "double string"). It's a music genre originating from the Ottoman Empire -the ancient Oriental musicians placed the two highest strings of the violin close together and played them on the same note with an octave difference so that the melody could sound louder. Also starring actress/model Eva Prosalenti, the promo video was directed by Mike Araitzoglou.
